ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
Absorbs the odor, NOT a masking agent. De-volatilizes and absorbs odor molecules instead of just masking them. Ideal for bathrooms, pet areas, garbage disposals – anywhere there is an odor problem.
Host® Odor Exploder™ is for use on carpets, upholstery, walls, metals, hard floors, garbage disposals, kennels, hospital rooms, funeral homes, air conditioning systems, cigarette and cigar odors, after fires and many other odor problems. Harmless to humans and pets. Does not mask odors with perfume. Works by positive chemical action and absorbs the odor molecules.
SAFER DETERGENTS STEWARDSHIP INITIATIVE (SDSI)
Through the Safer Detergents Stewardship Initiative (SDSI), EPA’s Design for the Environment (DfE) Program recognizes environmental leaders who voluntarily commit to the use of safer surfactants.
Safer surfactants are surfactants that break down quickly to non-polluting compounds and help protect aquatic life in both fresh and salt water. Nonylphenol ethoxylates, commonly referred to as NPEs, are an example of a surfactant class that does not meet the definition of a safer surfactant.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- For large areas: Mix 8 oz. to 1 gallon water.
- For smaller areas: Mix 10 cap-fulls to 1 quart water.
- Use diluted Odor Exploder™ in a spray bottle. Spray directly onto the affected area being sure to cover the source of the odor. No need to over-saturate. Wipe clean hard surfaces. Allow upholstery to air-dry. Allow sprayed solution to sit on carpeting for approximately 15 minutes then follow with carpet cleaning.
