Mold, mildew, algae, dirt, and grime are removed inside of one minute – without scrubbing or pressure washing: The final step is to apply the MiracleMist Long-Term Protectant to prevent the recurrence of stains caused by mold, mildew, and algae. One application can last for up to 3 years!

REMOVE MOLD, MILDEW, AND ALGAE STAINS FROM:
- House siding of all types

APPLICATION AND USE:
NOTE: Follow all product instructions. Do not use Instant Cleaner on outdoor fabrics without first trying it in an inconspicuous area as it will bleach some fabrics.
While MiracleMist Instant Cleaner contains less bleach than ordinary household bleach, always pre-wet area vegetation with water prior to application. Then, once you’ve applied the cleaner, rinse the vegetation again. This will help protect the vegetation.
Using a pump sprayer, evenly apply MiracleMist Instant Cleaner to the surface. The surface will immediately begin to show signs of cleaning and restoration. Allow enough dwell time for MiracleMist Instant Cleaner to fully clean the surface (30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on the level of severity). Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Using a clean pump sprayer* or fogger, apply MiracleMist Long-Term Protectant evenly across the dry surface. Saturate fabrics in order to completely treat deep fiber areas. Allow to dry. Do not apply Protectant within four hours of expected rainfall.
REMOVING MOLD, MILDEW, AND ALGAE FROM INTERIOR SURFACES:
NOTE: Avoid possible bleaching of fabrics by covering or otherwise protecting fabrics from overspray or spills. This product will produce a bleach smell that could be strong in enclosed environments. Avoid overexposure and possible reaction to fumes by wearing a basic safety mask and take frequent breaks if you feel it is necessary.
CLEANING LOW BUILD-UP AND LIGHT TO MODERATE STAINING:
Using a pump sprayer, evenly apply MiracleMist Instant Cleaner to the surface. The surface will immediately begin to show signs of cleaning and restoration. No rinsing is necessary. Most surfaces will be clean within one minute and no further cleaning is required. Allow the surface to dry for a minimum of 48 hours before applying the MiracleMist Long-Term Protectant.
CLEANING MODERATE TO HIGH-BUILD CONTAMINATION AND STAINING:
Consult with a mold professional on the best method for removing the buildup. Once the area has been properly remediated, remove staining by applying an even coat of MiracleMist Instant Cleaner to the surface. Stains will disappear within one minute and no further cleaning is required. Allow the surface to dry for a minimum of 48 hours before applying the MiracleMist Long-Term Protectant
Using a clean pump sprayer* or fogger, apply MiracleMist Long-Term Protectant evenly across the surface. Saturate fabrics in order to completely treat deep fiber areas. Allow to dry.
*If using the same sprayer that was used to apply the Cleaner, completely rinse the cleaner and run at least one gallon of clean water through the sprayer before using it to apply the MiracleMist Long-Term Protectant.
