Description
The OC8 Acne formula dries blemishes while reducing the appearance of redness and facial shine.
Benzoyl peroxide 7% is considered safe and effective by the FDA for the topical treatment of acne. As an active ingredient, it targets bacteria inside the pores, a known cause of acne pimples, while acting as a drying agent. Benzoyl peroxide also helps remove dead skin and cells to clear pore blockages, which can trap bacteria and cause redness, inflammation and swelling.
OC8 Acne Gel also contains Acrysorb®, the same ingredient used in OC8 Mattifying Gel. ACRYSORB micro-particles have been clinically proven to reduce facial shine for up to 8 hours.
For external use only. Do not use if you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide.
INGREDIENTS:
Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, DVB/Isobornyl Methacrylate/Lauryl Methacrylate Copolymer, PEG-400, Carbomer 940, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylparaben, Disodium EDTA.
DIRECTIONS:
Gently cleanse and dry the skin. Apply a thin layer of OC8 every morning as a part of your daily skin care routine. Gently massage the gel into your skin using a light circular movement. Apply OC8 after moisturizer and sunscreens, but prior to oil-free makeup. The gel has been formulated to work for up to eight hours, however, you can reapply during the day, if needed.
